Why an Instructional Video

After many years of counseling couples and singles on intimacy as a Yoga teacher, it really hit home that many people - and particularly young people - often didn't have basic skills in how to be honestly and profoundly intimate with one another.

There seemed to be a level of discomfort with sensitivity and responding to one another's touch that I couldn't easily explain. While I'm no closer to understanding this today, I have concluded that - whatever the cause - there is something I can do about it. That is why Robert and I created the Partner Play video series.

Yoga for Everyone

We strongly feel, that the principals of Tantric Yoga so embrace intimacy as a way of being in loving relationship, that it applies to everyone, no matter if they've ever practiced Yoga or not. Partner Play is the result of these efforts. It has demonstrated itself as a tool forcreating a safe, intimate space for couples who can use assistance in capturing or re-capturing a healty, loving and intimate relationship.

Partner Play was created to give couples and partnered singles a variety of simple, fun tools to build intimacy and connection. It features a flowing series of non-sexual, tactile and sensual techniques including easy partner yoga, massage, and Tantric partner focusing. This playful, loving routine is beneficial for all levels of yoga, including beginners.

Once the routine has been learned, couples can view the romantic version,
with or without guidance, and focus on
the flowing movements and romantic music. And, if they are anticipating transitioning into love-making they can follow along with the erotic sequence of Tantric poses (nudity and simulated sex), also offered both with and without guidance.
